50 year old woman who had previous lower blepharoplasty and two laser resurfacing procedures presented with eyelid retraction. She is shown before and after lower eyelid elevation reconstruction with canthoplasty and release of the lower eyelid retractors.

This patient had previous lower blepharoplasty with skin removal by another surgeon. She complained of tearing, irritation and redness from the right eye. She is shown before (left) and after (right) repair of the right lower eyelid with hard palate graft, midface elevation and canthoplasty.
